Our Credit team is the gatekeeper to Synchrony, foundational to our business and key to our entire industry. We perform the mission critical work of deciding who is accepted for loans, how much credit we should extend to them and for how long. And on our Credit team, we’re not just managing risk and credit, we’re partnering closely with our clients to develop their business.

Risk Management assesses, reports on and helps to mitigate risks across all business activities. Our goal is to ensure that risks relevant to the business are identified, measured, monitored and controlled. Protecting the company by striking a sustainable balance between risk and growth is core to everything we do.
