Business Operations are built around our commitment to caring. Approximately 75 percent of our employees are focused on customer support. We’re responsible for handling inbound customer calls (approximately 209 million per year), remittance processing (more than 440 million credit card payments per year), resolution services (over 6.2 million consumer inquiries per year), customer experience management, operational surveillance, workforce capacity planning, call metric and quality management, partner solutions (approximately 350,000 partner locations) and business support (including analytics, fraud operations and credit solutions).
