We’re excited for your return to the workforce and our Return Program attends to your unique needs while helping you pursue the next chapter of your career. All US-based positions are open to those looking to return to work – we will work with you to ensure you are comfortable and supported in your new role.

HOW WE WORK
Our employees can work full-time remotely, coming in as business needs require, or on a hybrid basis, coming into the office a few days a week.

Program Information
We know beginning something new requires a lot of preparedness. Our Return Program is distinctly designed with your needs in mind and provides the support you need to smoothly transition and ensure your first three months help set you up for success:
• Match with a Return Program Connector – your go-to mentor for the next few months
• Enjoy a specialized, extended onboarding experience
• Attend Return Program office hours held by a Return Program Coordinator
• Regularly check in with your Return Program Connector
• Join your Return Program Connection Crew – explore your areas of interest with your new cross-functional network within the organization.
• Meet colleagues from all levels, functionally and cross-functionally, from your peers to leadership
• Attend ongoing meetings with your Return Program Connector and office hours held by a Return Program Coordinator
• Take your skills to the next level using our online learning and development platform
• Learn more about upskilling options and receive guidance on how to discuss with your manager
• Provide feedback on the program through your Return Program Connector and/or our program survey
