Opportunities to showcase your skills. Learn and grow your career in ways that are uniquely you. With 2,800+ members, the EnAbled+ Network at Synchrony offers our employees a unique forum to be heard, be supported, and learn from their peers in an environment that’s safe and inclusive of everyone.

Synchrony continually works to break down workplace barriers to better recognize and understand all disabilities, visible and hidden. Through education, advocacy, initiatives and events, the members of the EN+ come together to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. 

We value the community

We could talk for a long time about how important it is to us that people with disabilities, their families, and their friends feel included and excel in their careers at Synchrony. It’s our mission to provide a welcoming environment and provide positive experiences and opportunities. Here are some examples of how EN+ makes that happen:

EVENTS

Our 2,800+ members across more than 20 sites drive outstanding global events like Light it Up Blue for Autism Awareness, Polar Plunge benefiting the Special Olympics, and dozens of events at the local and state level.

LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES

We provide unique learning opportunities, through customized TED Talks, webinars and live events for members and other colleagues to grow and develop.

PARTNERSHIPS

We partner with outside groups to create hiring opportunities and mentorships. Through our Synchrony Foundation, we support non-profits such as Ability Beyond, Special Olympics Connecticut, the Organization for Autism Research, International Dyslexia Association and PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center through grants and employee engagement to help people with disabilities or other special needs.

TRAINING

As part of our commitment to people with disabilities, several sites in the United States and India have trained hiring managers and associates in sign language to facilitate better communication.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We constantly seek out ways to learn and improve, at a local and enterprise level.
