PRIDE+ IS CELEBRATING BEING 100% YOU
Pride Everyday
As we celebrate Pride Month, our Pride+ Network is committing to this year’s theme of Pride Everyday by highlighting its members and the greater LGBT+ community to shed light on all the ways we can make a difference in the communities where we live and work.
This month, Pride+ is engaging with members and allies through fireside chats, Rainbow Table Talks with authors and panel discussions where they can learn more about the varied experiences within the LGBT+ community. In addition, members are getting involved through fun events like Pride parades with our partners in cities across America, book clubs and movie nights.
Pride+ is also working toward ending LGBT+ youth homelessness. We’re participating in the Strides for Pride challenge, benefiting Covenant House, which encourages participants to pledge to get active and raise money and awareness to provide food, shelter, clothing and more to youth in need.
Throughout the year, Pride+ members in the United States, the Philippines and India are supported in reaching new personal and professional goals through networking events, educational workshops and career development programming.
Like all our Diversity Networks+, Pride+ is a key strategic advisor that ensures that the unique needs of the LGBT+ community are met through support and benefits like wellness coaches and mental health resources, paid family leave, adoption assistance, fertility care and gender affirming care.
Pride+ provides a place where members can share their experiences and find a sense of belonging and support. With more than 3,000 members, Pride+ is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion by encouraging personal and professional development and advocating for being 100% authentically you at work.
