Role Summary/Purpose:
This role will identify and lead market expansion opportunities for the Dental industry under the Health & Wellness platform. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, General Manager Independent Market & Expansion, and will work collaboratively with the CareCredit cross functional and dental leadership team to build, drive and execute growth initiatives and strategies. The role will encompass Orthodontic, solutioning the insurance payment gap, university strategy expansion, and identifying new growth investment and acquisition opportunities. This individual will have an entrepreneurial mindset with an expertise in the dental industry and have a strong background in credit, project management and payments.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a market expansion growth strategy and action plans to increase penetration across key dental segments.

Develop and execute University strategy inclusive of establishing partnership with universities (leaders, faculty, & industry stakeholders) enhancing our brand presence, providing financial education and support.

Identify and sponsor dental university educational programs and integrating financing solutions into dental curriculum.

Identify emerging opportunities, industry/competitive trends, and business levers to drive sustainable growth.

In partnership with Provider Training team, develop and execute targeted provider education program and initiative to increase awareness and adoption of CareCredit financing solutions.

Conduct training sessions internal (sales) audiences to ensure understanding of CareCredit programs, policies, and requirements and to enhance sales industry expertise.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and technology integrations and user experience to support provider success.

Partner with Strategy, Product and Client teams to execute on the Insurance opportunity in Dental with the goal to attain significant Net Credit Sales growth.

Develop and strengthen long term specific Orthodontic association, consultant, alliance, and partner relationships in conjunction with growth strategies.

Partner with NAMs/SAMs and legal to establish sales and growth expansion within emerging university opportunities as well as new product pilots that support our strategy.

Partner with client industry marketing to develop and execute marketing content and tradeshow initiatives as relevant.

Provide value added analysis & reporting to evaluate & drive growth in usage.

Assess performance metrics to determine optimal growth strategies. Utilize data to contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Identify trends and potential opportunities to drive and/or develop partnerships that enable growth including investment and acquisition opportunities

Assure all contractual obligations are being met.

Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of equivalent work experience in the Financial Services or similar field.

Minimum of 5 years of client management experience in Healthcare – preferably a deep understanding of the dental sector, market trends and provider dynamics.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering formal communications to either senior business leaders or key external business partners

Ability to travel up to 30% of time including overnight and some weekend travel

Strong influencing, negotiation and project management skills

Remote worker or any SYF Hub USA

This role offers flexibility and can be remote based, work from home; role will require travel to client-facing meetings and commute to one of our offices for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events

The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 – 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:

You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
