What you’ll accomplish as an AVP for Operations

This role will consist of oversight and decision responsibility for members of the team. Position is single point of accountability for specific client program(s). Responsible for decisions concerning operational strategies and tactics as well as decisions concerning investments in the program requested by the client or the management team. Builds and forms relationships with Client.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain and grow revenue of existing Clients/Programs. Profitability of existing programs, including revenue, margins, billing performance, seat utilization and program turnover.
  • Conduct account reviews both internal and external
  • Translate company strategies into organizational initiatives/activities
  • Staff, motivate and develop management team.
  • Responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of direct reports in area of specialty; and mentoring, coordinating, planning, and providing direction for work group(s) in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable legal requirements.
  • Guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and staff development skills including the ability to act as a role model within the organization
  • Uphold and adhere to the ISMS policies and guidelines. Ensure that all Information security policies and guidelines are enforced and implemented.  Ensure that all direct reports uphold and adhere to these policies and guidelines. To report all violations and gaps observed and institute corrective actions accordingly.

Skills you’ll need to succeed  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or a graduate of any 4 or 5-year course or equivalent 5 years relevant work experience
  • Must have completed at least twenty-four (24) months tenure in role
  • Not on active CAP (formal/final formal)
  • Good attendance record
  • Level 8+ employees can apply
