In our Legal department, we oversee all legal and external affairs. That includes litigation, investigations, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and contract matters. Beyond providing general counsel, we’re also involved with regulatory, corporate securities, commercial issues, business development, labor and employment, sourcing, IT, and operations.
But whatever we’re working on, we keep our customers in mind. Because treating them well is fundamental to our mission.
