Organizational Overview:

The Digital Workforce Services team, part of CTO Technology, is responsible for Support Services, (e.g. Helpdesk, L1, L2, L2-Remote), Experience Delivery (aligned to FrontLine experience), Projects/Program and IT Hardware Asset Management for the enterprise.

Role Summary/Purpose:

The individual contributor will play a significant role in optimizing Hardware Asset Management processes, identifying improvement opportunities, be accountable for the state and accuracy of hardware asset management, including billing and ordering.  Moreover, the IC will be  responsible for maintaining Standards, Procedures, Job Aids and all associated documentation relating to Hardware Asset Management.  The IC will also have oversight and governance responsibilities over the vendor relating to Hardware Asset Management in the US physical hubs and partnering with other asset leaders in IN and PH. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, including serial numbers, configurations, and locations.

  • Drive ServiceNow CMDB Data quality though business rules, dashboards, reports and DB updates.  Ensure regular housekeeping of the CMDB data

  • Ensure the data collection and process (workflow) execution is updating correctly.  Perform optimizations where needed.

  • Produce accurate reporting for senior management IT Hardware Asset Management

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 4+ years of overall experience or in lieu of a degree, 6+ years of overall experience.

  • Minimum of 4 years working with Service Management tools.

  • Minimum of 4 years hands on experience working with IT Hardware Asset Management

  • Experience working in Agile / Iterative development.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a keen attention to details

Desired Characteristics:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and  prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment

  • Understanding of Jira and Jira Align

  • Experience working in Microsoft Power BI or strong experience in Microsoft Excel

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 4+ years of overall experience or in lieu of a degree, 6+ years of overall experience.

  • Minimum of 4 years working with Service Management tools.

  • Minimum of 4 years hands on experience working with IT Hardware Asset Management

Work Timings : 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST
